locations for each lot.  When purchasing at Hambleton Hills, you are not buying a raw piece of land, you

To promote an upscale community and improve property
values for all homeowners, a number of restrictions have
been established:

-  One single-family dwelling may be constructed on
each lot, and further subdivision is not permitted.

-  All homes must contain at least 3,500 square feet of
living space, excluding any garage.  Purchasers are
encouraged to construct homes with 4,000 to 5,000
square feet of living space.

-  Quality homes should be designed and constructed, to

community.

-  The premises must be used only for residential
purposes.

-  Clotheslines, above-ground tanks or pools, mobile
homes, trailers and commercial vehicles shall not be
installed (or stored) upon the property.

-  Dogs are not permitted outside without being
controlled by a leash.
